Willdan Financial Services (WFS) is seeking an Analyst to join our Temecula, CA office. WFS is a national consulting firm providing financial and economic advisory services to cities and other local government agencies. The Analyst will support senior staff in the development of cost allocation plans, user fee and rate studies, and other financial and economic analyses. This role involves data collection and validation, financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and preparation of written reports and presentations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist senior staff in the preparation of cost allocation plans, user fee studies, and related financial analyses for local government clients. - Gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources. - Develop, update, and maintain Excel-based financial models and analytical spreadsheets. - Calculate and interpret results and incorporate findings into written reports. - Prepare client-ready reports, tables, exhibits, and PowerPoint presentations. - Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting project deadlines. - Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members and, as app...
