The Planning Specialist will serve as the front-end solution architect within the Global Planning & Implementation function. This role is responsible for end-to-end solution design, feasibility assessments, capabilities evaluation, and operational modeling for new and complex opportunities across global life sciences logistics services. This role will play a critical part in strengthening global planning discipline, reducing downstream rework, and enhancing commercial confidence through robust operational design. Reports to: Global Senior Manager, Planning, Implementation, and Business Excellence. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or related field or 4–7+ years of experience in/Hands-on exposure to: Life science/Clinical Logistics Clinical Trial/Temperature-controlled Supply Chains: Global Freight Forwarding (Biological/Temperature Controlled): Operational Solution Design: Feasibility or Implementation Planning roles: Strong understanding of UN3373 / IATA / CFR49 Regulatory processes: International Logistics Coordination: Experience supporting pricing models: Operational solution design preferred: Core Competenc...
