Description The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and is responsible for retaining client revenue, driving revenue growth, and maximizing profitability of their book of business. Serves as a liaison between our clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of Asurint services; connects with key business executives to solve their business issues, generates new revenue opportunities, develops long-term profitable relationships, and manages a pipeline of new revenue opportunities. Responsibilities: - Develops a precise and thorough account plan, detailing specific and relevant information about all aspects of assigned accounts with the end goal of retaining and growing assigned client base. - Analyzes industry trends and identifies white-space opportunities to present solutions to clients to enhance their current background screening program and generate new business. - Monitors and analyzes service levels on assigned account base to ensure on-time delivery; works cross-functionally to maintain SLA’s and client satisfaction. - Manages portfolio of a large book of ClientSets, tracks and exceeds sales targets, aligns with company ob...
