Role Overview: Assist tank welder and mechanics with pressure testing, drying out tanks, repair tank containers and buffing inside of tank as needed. Qualifications: Starting Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Location: 16230 De Zavalla Road, Channelview, TX 77530 Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Pressure test tanks, drain and dry out tanks - Repair and replace tank container valves, gaskets, and gauges - Operate hoists, cranes, and precision measuring and testing instruments - Observe and listen to mechanical devices to diagnose causes of mechanical issues - Repair and replace defective parts, inspect and adjust used parts - Lubricate and clean parts - Operate lathe, drill press and grinders - Use hand tools and power tools - Buff...
