Purpose: The Course Development Manager leads course development, re-development, and enhancement for OnRamps dual enrollment courses in close collaboration with the Associate Director of Distance Learning and Distance Learning team. Responsibilities: Leads a team comprised of Course Builders. Provides guidance and coaching, allocates and oversees work, manages work schedules, and promotes and supports employee development using proven methods.
