At Workwize, we're on a mission to revolutionize how companies support their global teams. As a fast-scaling SaaS platform based in the Netherlands, we help businesses streamline remote equipment management — globally and effortlessly. To keep pace with our rapid growth, we're looking for a curious and structured Content & Process Writer Intern to support our Content Writer in turning complex information into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content. What you'll do: 📘 Internal FAQ Creation 🌍 External FAQ Creation 🤖 AI Process Integration - Assist in writing, structuring, and maintaining internal knowledge base articles that support team workflows. Strong focus on implementing standardised templates throughout the entire Knowledge Base. - Help prepare materials for weekly internal training sessions on new or updated processes and features. - Support the creation and management of client-facing FAQ content and help center documentation.
