Arconic's Tennessee Operations is seeking a talented Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer for our Tennessee Operations facility. The incumbents will provide engineering support to maintenance and operations across the facility. This includes troubleshooting equipment and process problems to root cause, providing engineered solutions to these problems, managing large equipment rebuilds, and development, justification, management and implementation of capital projects. The successful applicant will be expected to develop into the technical equipment expert for an area of the department and provide technical leadership for the equipment. This includes supporting restoration of flow during breakdowns, development of repair and rebuild procedures, development of proposals for equipment upgrades. This position also support the departments Quality, Safety and Environmental goals. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited college/university. - Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
