Product Trainer – Automotive £30,000 - £35,000, Bonus, Company Car Learning & Development plays a vital part of Würth’s culture and the success of the work force. The Product Trainers are on the front line of up-skilling the work forces knowledge to ultimately increase revenue and sales as well as provide some of the best advice to our customers. The successful candidate will have an inspiring, steadfast and determined personality. Previous experience in a training position is a must as well as the ability to design, produce & deliver training topics and content to a professional standard. You understand the importance of sales and ensure all training activities are focused on being successful in sales. This is without losing sight of the correct content that partly already exists and partly needs to be (re)developed. Main responsibilities: - Deliver product training for existing and new colleagues on a monthly basis that supports the company strategy - Development of product related (digital) training content such as e-learning, videos, webinars, live streaming and use of the Wurth Learning Management System - Liaise with the product management team to support the launch of new pr...
