Job DetailsJob Location: Birmingham, AL 35203Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSummary: The White-Collar Litigation Paralegal Project Assistant will handle all aspects of large-scale, complex litigation and investigations within the Government Investigations and White-Collar practice group and be responsible for collaborating on various matters with attorneys and other paralegals. This role will provide day-to-day support to partners and associates in the Birmingham office, including the practice group leader. Essential Job Functions: Serving as the administrative face of the GIWCD practice Providing direct support to the practice group leader, keeping track of pending GIWCD matters, task status, and communicating with clients, witnesses, and other counsel Perform a full range of paralegal tasks from case inception through case closure. Monitor court docket sheets for assigned cases. Review discovery and investigative material. In-person trial preparation and attendance.
