Overview Overnight Program Supervisor Pay: Seasonal Role with stipend pay of $1600-$2,000 Are you a night owl with strong leadership skills and a knack for keeping things running smoothly while everyone else sleeps? YOU Inc. is seeking an Overnight Program Supervisor to support our Upward Bound Program , a federally funded initiative helping first-generation and low-income high school students prepare for college success. In this role, you’ll ensure a safe, structured, and supportive overnight environment , while building meaningful connections with students and contributing to a positive residential community.
