Retail Business Intelligence Analyst

Job description

Reporting to Analytics Manager working closely with daa Labs & ARI Location BI Analysts. The BI Analyst will track and monitor key business KPI’s and metrics by analysing detailed retail data and budget/trend deviations. This role will review and identify passenger trends to provide a great understanding of customer segment spending and behaviours. The BI Analyst will act as a Power BI Superuser, driving adoption and training of other users on industry best practice. Key Responsibilities: Analysis & Decision Support: - Analyses of key business KPIs and Metrics - Identification, analysis and reporting of passenger spendings’ trends to support specific action plans - Ad hoc performance analysis - Preparation of reports covering sales, margin, stock, and passenger traffic - Development and implementation of periodic analysis reports Power BI support: Experience and knowledge of creating reports using Power BI is a must have - Development & configuration of new reports - Definition and management of periodic automated performance reports - Support of budget and forecasts set up for sales and margin - Coordination with daa DE team and Local BI Analysts - Ongoing coaching & support to us...
