Job Type Full-time Description: The Environmental Services (EVS) and Laundry Director is responsible for supervision of all housekeeping and laundry staff. Additionally, the EVS and Laundry Director is responsible for developing, planning and coordinating environmental services responsibilities to ensure a clean, orderly, and attractive buildings. All housekeepers assume general responsibility with cleanliness to include resident cottages, apartments, resident rooms common areas, dining rooms, break rooms, and support spaces. Ensures all daily housekeeping assignments are completed, while maintaining quality communication with other staff members and supervisors. This position is responsible campus wid. o ensure proper cleaning techniques, laundry procedure, and sanitation are in accordance with federal and state regulations. Mentors and trains any staff responsible for this area of expertise across the campus. PRIMARILY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Interviews and hire housekeeping and laundry staff.
