Job description

Location:Tooele, Utah Shift: Thurs-Sat 6:30 PM-7:00 AM, subject to change based on business need Job Summary: Forklift Operators support the shipping department with the movement of materials and products, including taking part in warehouse organizing and finished goods inspection, taking product off the production line and putting it away in designated locations in the warehouse, loading and unloading customer trucks. Standard work week 40 hours a week with occasional overtime, no travel required. Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform pre-shift forklift inspections on forklift. - Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output and other key metrics, performing mathematical calculations as needed. - Safely operate a propane sit-down forklift to move raw materials or finished products throughout the manufacturing floor, which includes, but is not limited to, keeping production line clear and running and keeping product and raw materials properly stored. - Visually inspect material for quality defects; Segregate defective product and notify supervisor. - Fill dumpsters from production floor; Housekeeping of plant (inside and...
