Description $90,000–$125,000 (based on experience) + $10k Sign-On Bonus | Licensed (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD/PsyD) | Sonoma, CA Full-Time About the Role: Provide individual, family, and group therapy for teens ages 12–17 in our Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment program. You'll be embedded in the milieu alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians—not isolated in an office. This is meaningful clinical work with adolescents facing mental health and substance use challenges.
