You will prepare project plans, calculations, and quotations. Furthermore, you will structure projects into clear subprojects, supervise (Senior) Lead Engineers and other subproject leaders, and define responsibilities within the project team. With multiple project employees under your guidance, you will ensure strong collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous development of all team members.
