Production Supervisor - 1st Shift About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead shift operations and drive performance on the production floor. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and support a team of operators to achieve production goals. You’ll serve as a key frontline leader, helping keep operations running efficiently while addressing real-time challenges. What You’ll Do: - Lead and manage a team of production operators during assigned shifts - Oversee daily production line operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals - Train, coach, and motivate employees to ensure strong performance and adherence to standards - Manage scheduling, attendance, and timecard approvals - Partner with HR and plant leadership on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations - Conduct initial investigations for safety incidents (RCCA) and implement corrective actions - Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards - Coordinate manpower and production pl...
