Job Title Project Controls Specialist Job Description Summary: MUST BE ON-SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK IN SANTA, CLARA, CA: Provider will appoint a Project Delivery & Controls Specialist to be the focal point for managing the project workload assigned to it. The Project Delivery & Controls Specialist will liaise and support the regional CRE Project Delivery team. This position will be responsible for the below types of activities. Job Description a) Support the strategic planning and PM execution of the CRE Project Delivery teams’ regional programs, projects and global initiatives including: o cost analysis o schedule development o procurement strategies o manage relationships with eco-system of client partners, vendors & GC’s. b) Vendor partner relationship management - e.g. global partners like PTS, Arup, IA, TECOM, etc. Vendor partners relationship and commercial management - companies that are perhaps more local and project specific - GC etc… c) Provide project pipeline tracking and resource planning reports and analysis to help support and validate implementation strategies for CRE projects. d) Be the main point of contact for training and onboarding of variable PM resources as well as...
