Job Description: Regularly works on tasks that are varied and complex. Applies full range of specialized skills and job knowledge; frequently adapts procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet specialized needs; may serve as lead; performs broad and/or focused assignments under general supervision; originality and ingenuity are often required to help establish procedures in functional area; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks. - Maintain an auto queue; make outgoing collections calls and take incoming calls at certain times of the day. - Make recommendation if account is to be sent to Foreclosure. - Counsel borrowers and provide loss mitigation options including, but not limited to Loan Modification and HUD Partial Claim. - Assist borrowers in understanding the importance of paying the mortgage and maintaining the home. - Prepare and upload attorney packages to the shared network folder. - Candidate must work one evening per week (10:30 am -7:00pm).
