We currently have an opportunity for a Quality & Compliance Manager. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team to support the governance, assurance, and continual improvement of quality, GMP, EHS and compliance systems within a pharmaceutical / highly regulated operating environment. Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager, you’ll work alongside a diverse group of professionals to create safe, compliant and high ‑ quality outcomes that support critical operations. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: - Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the contract, ensuring alignment to client GMP requirements, regulatory expectations and Downer standards. - Ensure all IFM activities comply with GMP, EHS, Zero Harm, statutory and contractual obligations. - Plan, coordinate and support internal audits, client audits, regulatory inspections and supplier audits. - Manage deviations, non-conformances and quality events impacting IFM services. - Ensure role based GMP, EHS and compliance training for all Downer staff and subcontractors is current, effective and documented.
