About the department: The Portfolio Compliance team protects the firm by ensuring investment restrictions are consistently met across mutual funds and segregated client accounts. The team supports Franklin Templeton’s risk management framework by monitoring regulatory, client, and internal policy requirements. Through daily portfolio reviews and pre-trade controls, the department helps safeguard the organization from compliance breaches while enabling investment teams to operate efficiently.
