Job Title: EMRA Specialist Department: Manufacturing: Reports To: Quality Process Engineer: EMRA Specialist Position Overview: Chance Aluminum is looking for a hands-on, detail-driven EMRA Specialist to support our manufacturing operations by enhancing the reliability, efficiency, and performance of production systems through engineering, maintenance, and automation initiatives. This is a critical role supporting our commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and product quality in a high-paced aluminum processing environment. EMRA Specialist Essential Responsibilities: · Implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies across plant equipment. · Lead troubleshooting efforts on complex mechanical, electrical, and automation systems, minimizing downtime and improving uptime. · Support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automated systems including sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and actuators. · Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and develop actionable solutions to prevent recurrence. · Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to enhance machine performance and reliability. · Monitor and analyze data fro...
