This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, managing existing accounts, and developing new business opportunities for Valcourt’s commercial window cleaning and exterior maintenance services. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of any service issues, complaints, or requests. Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize account potential. Proposal & RFP Management: Prepare and manage proposals, bids, and RFP responses for annual service contracts and one-time project work.
