SUMMARY: At Magnolia, the Experience Team Host is responsible for creating and facilitating memorable experiences for guests and providing a high level of hospitality to ensure their experience with Magnolia is second-to-none. This position accomplishes this through the leading and facilitation of tours of the Magnolia grounds. This position works irregular hours as guest needs require from Magnolia properties in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Experience Team Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Uphold Magnolia’s manifesto and values - Serve as a Magnolia brand ambassador by serving and connecting with guests - Create and facilitate engaging opportunities that enhance the guest experience - Present tour information in an engaging and informative manner with adherence to accurate details and timing guidelines - Maintain a high level of brand awareness and of updates to Magnolia guest offerings - Serve as a guide for Magnolia-led tours - Enthusiastically welcome guests upon arrival to the experience - Learn the needs and expectations of the guests and eagerly meet those needs - Contribute positively to a high-energy, fast-paced env...
