Role Summary/Purpose: The Assistant Vice President, Principal Mobile Software Development Engineer craves working in a hands-on mobile environment and leads by example to make sure projects are delivered on time and to specification. To be successful in this role, you will need deep expertise in iOS or Android development, as well as a strong understanding of the entire technology stack top to bottom. This dynamic and collaborative role will be part of the Synchrony ’s Mobile App Engineering team. This AVP will lead the development and release process of the Mobile software and SDKs for Synchrony and its clients by developing thoughtful solutions to anticipate bugs , maintain operational excellence , deliver a quality product efficiently and provide production support.
