THE ROLE: At Swickard, accounts receivable spans vehicle sales, manufacturer warranty claims, lender funding (including floorplan and retail funding), and service transactions across dozens of locations — all managed from one centralized team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist owns the accuracy and aging of that receivables book: reconciling open balances, chasing down outstanding amounts, and making sure the numbers leadership sees reflect reality.
