Consumer Buyer permenant Citywest Office: Commercial Strategy and Category Management: - Lead the development of the commercial strategy for the Front of Shop and Christmas categories - Develop and manage the promotional cycles across all categories. - Partner with the Consumer team to source and range best in-class products for the market. - Review category performance and provide actionable insights to the management team. - Ensure timely rollout of planograms and all associated support documents. - Build and manage supplier relationships to deliver JBP commitments and planogram compliance. - Utilise the BI reporting suite to generate insights into category and range performance to support decision-making. - Represent the Consumer team at weekly trade meetings, trade shows, and supplier events. - Work closely with Operations to drive cross-selling initiatives and support symbol and franchise members in growing their business. - Communicate all commercial strategies effectively to the Operations team.
