Director of Construction - Regional Department: Construction: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Boston, MA: Description: The Regional Construction Director oversees all construction operations within the assigned region, including asset management, project management, and field supervision. This role provides leadership to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Cotton’s standards for quality and customer service. The Director is responsible for driving operational performance, maintaining project profitability, and supporting the consistent delivery of construction services across the region.
