About the role: As an Operational Buyer for Indirect Materials , you ensure that our organization has everything it needs to operate efficiently—from facility supplies and technical services to office equipment, logistics support, and external contractors. You manage the full operational purchasing cycle, translating internal needs into timely, cost‑effective, and compliant procurement actions. What you will bring to the role: Solid procurement knowledge for indirect categories such as MRO, facility services, office supplies, logistics, or IT‑related purchases. Experience with operational purchasing including order creation, confirmations, delivery follow‑up, and issue resolution. Strong communication skills to translate internal needs into clear supplier instructions and maintain constructive relationships. Basic negotiation ability to secure competitive pricing and terms for day‑to‑day purchases. ERP system experience, ideally SAP S4 - Ariba Attention to detail to ensure clean data, correct orders, and compliant documentation.
