Amentum is seeking a Residential General Construction Technician in the Williamsburg VA. The Residential General Construction Technician plays a critical role in performing a variety of skilled operations to maintain, repair, and enhance residential properties. This versatile role requires proficiency in multiple trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical, to ensure properties are safe, functional, and visually appealing. The role demands a combination of hands-on expertise, adaptability, and attention to detail to meet a broad spectrum of maintenance service needs. Carpentry: - Perform general maintenance tasks for residential properties, including repairing drywall, doors, windows, and flooring. - Troubleshoot, repair, and replace fixtures and systems such as faucets, toilets, light switches, and electrical outlets. - Execute rough and finish carpentry projects, including framing, siding, roofing, cabinet repair, and trim work. - Build, install, and repair interior and exterior structures such as fences, decks, and stairs.
