We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Analyst to support and manage our Salesforce environments at StandardAero. This role focuses on org administration, platform optimization, project coordination, user support, and maintaining system integrity and security. What you'll do: Salesforce Administration - Manage overall Salesforce org health and platform performance. - Oversee installed packages, upgrades, and compliance. - Plan and prepare for quarterly Salesforce releases and product retirements. - Ensure custom code and automations remain compliant. - Monitor data quality, user activity, license usage, and security benchmarks. - Reduce technical debt and review email audit logs.
