JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Facilities Engineering Manager will build and lead an in-house facilities engineering program, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation of all building systems and manufacturing support infrastructure. This hands-on leader will drive preventive maintenance, capital planning, operational excellence, and team development while aligning facilities strategy with company goals. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership & Team Management - Build, lead, and develop a high-performing facilities engineering team - Supervise managers, technical staff, and vendors; set clear KPIs and service standards - Align team priorities with business objectives and production needs - Build relationships and work closely with all teams onsite to hit deliverables - Know when to lead from the frontlines, be a servant-leader, and when to hand off to your team - Drive continuous improvement Operations & Maintenance: - Oversee operation, maintenance, testing and repair of mechanical/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, utilities, and manufacturing-related systems, keeping all records up to date - Operate BMS/CMMS for building systems, work orders, asset tracking, preventative mainten...
