Hilltop Holdings is looking for an IT Engineering Manager to plan, lead, and manage the application of state‑of‑the‑art information processing and engineering techniques to deliver secure, reliable infrastructure solutions across the organization. This role provides hands‑on leadership and strategic oversight for a team of IT Engineers supporting enterprise infrastructure. The IT Engineering Manager plays a critical role in ensuring infrastructure environments are designed, implemented, and maintained with a “Security First” mindset , balancing innovation, resiliency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
