Medication Technician Garden City, ID | Full-time & Part-time | Day, Evening, and Overnight (NOC) shifts available Precision, patience, and heart — all in one role. We're hiring a Medication Technician to join our care team. You'll be responsible for safely administering and documenting medications for our residents, while also supporting them through the everyday moments that make a community feel like home. It's a role that takes focus, follow-through, and compassion. What you'll do: You'll be the trusted hands behind every medication pass, and a caregiver in every other moment of the shift. Specifically, you'll: - Administer and document medications accurately, following each resident's physician orders and our community's protocols - Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or reactions — and report concerns promptly to nursing leadership - Maintain accurate MAR records and ensure medication storage stays secure and organized - Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility - Support meal service, light housekeeping, laundry, and resident activities as part of the care team - Communicate clearly with...
