Our program is rooted in ensuring that service delivery is trauma informed, culturally appropriate, and tailored to the needs of each child while maintaining all program requirements of ORR. Reporting to the Program Director, the Lead Clinician will be responsible for supporting and ensuring the comprehensive service delivery of clinical services in the ORR program. The Lead Clinician will offer consultation and trauma-informed expertise to program staff and stakeholders to promote stable foster placements and provide clinical feedback.
