Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages, including: Java, C/C++ or Python. - 8 years of experience in software development. - 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. - 5 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning). Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. - 6 years of ML or Quality experience working on Recommendation systems. - Experience building agentic flows. - Experience with user modeling, recommender systems and personalization. - Knowledge of statistical methods, with excellent mathematical skills. - Ability to drive quality projects end-to-end from design to implementation to eventual launch.
