Job description
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play an integral role here at Penumbra providing human resources support, oversight, and management of our internal programs for leave of absences and accommodations. You would manage these activities from beginning to end working closely with HR Point of Contacts to ensure alignment between managers, employees, and our programs. You would also serve as the point of contact for our internal customers with vendors for leaves of absences and accommodations. What You’ll Work On: - Develop, improve, and maintain sound HR leave processes, ensuring appropriate approval levels are obtained and timely processing. - Explain applicable leave processes, pay and benefits to employees and management. - Manage appropriate documentation and generate related correspondence as required for leaves and work restrictions /accommodations. - Meet with HR, managers, and supervisors to evaluate and discuss concerns. - Coordinate leaves and work restrictions with HR and employees.
