Job Description Summary The Process Technical Specialist is responsible to support a team of 6 to 12 employees. As the Process Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for daily production results and the flow of the line – acting as the first responder for assigned production area. The primary responsibility will be to provide support to the line within TAKT time and escalating when help is needed to prevent missing output. This will require providing daily Management support and problem solving with their team to continuously improve production flow and support lean transformation. In this role, the Process Technical Specialist will also be responsible for escalating issues to their coach if daily goals are not met.
