Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Advanced Repair Technician is competent in all duties and responsibilities for repair and refurbishing of instruments, able to evaluate damaged merchandise to determine cost effectiveness of the repair according to established quality and time guidelines. The Advanced Repair Technician also assists the Senior Repair Technicians with shop check, playing, inspecting, and adjustment of instruments prior to shipment to customers and upon return to ensure proper function, playability, and cosmetics. This position will play an integral role in the development process and training of other Repair Technicians.
