The Maintenance Management Systems Director (MX) provides enterprise leadership for defining, governing, and scaling Enterprise Products’ Maintenance Excellence (MX) operating model. This role leads a centralized MX organization that enables regional sites to execute maintenance more efficiently, predictably, and reliably through standard work processes, governance, analytics, and disciplined performance management. This position does not perform or directly manage day-to-day maintenance execution.
