The Accounting Specialist I is responsible for compiling, balancing, and reporting financial information on the performance and financial position of the Credit Union. Essential Duties: Maintain sound knowledge of Credit Union policy, procedures, documentation, and regulations related to area of responsibility. Balance and reconcile assigned General Ledger (GL) Accounts with supporting backup monthly or quarterly. Analyze GLs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with policy.
