Work Schedule Third Shift (Nights) Environmental Conditions: Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing and packaging equipment on 3rd shift at our Grand Island, NY facility. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for technicians who enjoy working directly on machines, responding to breakdowns, and keeping production running safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do: - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing and packaging equipment - Maintain manufacturing equipment including fillers, cappers, lyophilizers, autoclaves, tanks, mixers, and packaging systems - Perform and document preventive maintenance using a CMMS (IBM Maximo) - Respond to equipment failures and restore operations with minimal downtime - Support equipment changeovers, startups, and adjustments - Read and interpret electrical schematics...
