Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort Position Description POSITION TITLE: Drop and Count Staff DEPARTMENT: Finance: GRADE/FLSA STATUS: H9 – Non-Exempt: BADGE TYPE/COLOR: Key--Blue: REPORTS TO: Drop & Count Supervisor SUPERVISES: NA: JOB SUMMARY: Drops, slot machines, sorts, counts, and records the contents of slot and table game drop boxes, according to set procedures. Drop and Count of other cashiering functions such as NRT machines. JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values - Perform daily slot machine drops - Perform daily Table Count - Process currency, ticket and coupon count for each machine included in the daily drop as prescribed by the Internal Controls - Maintain the count room, clean and organize for daily drop processing - Responsible for the upkeep and basic maintenance of the G and D Count machine and other count equipment - Responsible for the upkeep and basic maintenance of the Mule including the daily charging of the unit - Perform additional duties as assigned including, but not limited to NRT Drop and Count - Able to w...
