Responsibilities: This position is part of a team whose primarily responsibility is to improve the overall quality and completeness of clinical documentation in the medical record. This individual will facilitate improvement through interaction with physicians and other members of the health care team to achieve clinical documentation that best reflect the patient's clinical status and reflective of the care provided. This position will also serve as an educational resource for all members of the health care team on an ongoing basis on issues related to clinical documentation.
