Software Developer and Product Designer

Job description

Purpose of the position: In this role, you will be part of an Agile team creating software solutions supporting advanced hearing instrument systems. You will combine software development and product design responsibilities to ensure both high-quality implementation and outstanding user experience. You will be involved in the full product lifecycle — from understanding user needs, shaping intuitive user interfaces, and designing experiences, to implementing, testing, and maintaining software solutions. The position requires close cooperation with all Agile roles in the team and stakeholders in a multisite, cross-cultural setup.
