Job Description: About the Role As the Data Engineering Lead for B2B Data Products, you will help design, build, and scale data solutions that extend the capabilities of our B2B Identity platform. In this role, you will create high‑quality B2B data attributes, strengthen professional‑to‑consumer linkage processes, and champion engineering excellence across the product ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with partners across product, identity, and engineering to align goals, shape strategy, and deliver consistent, reliable data experiences. This position is ideal if you enjoy leading technical initiatives, mentoring teams, and using AI to accelerate development and operations. What You’ll Do: Product & Partnership: - Partner with product leaders to translate product strategy into technical workstreams and delivery plans. - Work with identity leadership to understand platform services, data structures, APIs, and matching logic. - Ensure engineering decisions support product goals around data quality, availability, accuracy, and linkage completeness.
