Support Specialist, Talent Relations - 26001D4 Description: Job Summary: Provide daily support and coordination of activities related to the compliance with Title II of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable federal, state and local accessibility laws and policies system-wide; including reporting, program development and implementation, and outreach activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Create and maintain accurate, confidential ADA case files and centralized tracking system to monitor employee requests, monitor timelines and outcomes to use in periodic reports. Support the interactive process with employees, including timely communication, evaluation of employee accommodation requests, implementation of approved accommodations and ongoing dialogue. Serve as central point of contact for ADA inquiries regarding processes and data. Communicate and assist employees with the process of requesting and receiving approved accommodation. Track, monitor, communicate and close out ADA requests in collaboration with Benefits. Develop and disseminate marketing campaigns to publicize HCC’s ADA programs and resources.
