Collinsville Open Cut is located approximately 160km from Airlie Beach in Queensland, a town known as the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef. Producing both metallurgical and thermal coal for the export market, the surface mine has a long life and is transitioning from a dragline strip to a truck and shovel terrace operation. An opportunity exists for an Administration professional to support our site. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this busy and diverse role will see you working autonomously to undertake a broad range of administrative duties including: T he day-to-day operations at Collinsville and provide a high level of administration support The management of all accommodation bookings Meetings with accommodation providers: Data entry: Creating and maintaining spreadsheets: Diary management: Assisting with reporting requirements & tasks Provide assistance in the contracting and commercial functions About you: Responsive, enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated, organised and able to think outside the box...
