ADP is hiring a Compliance Analyst. Insurance associates, prepare reporting and enforce ADPIA policies, where applicable. A college degree is great but not required. What is more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: - Monitor licenses of all associates who are required to maintain an insurance license, including conducting monthly license audit; and enforcing ADPIA license policy, where necessary. - Manage agency and producer appointments and terminations with carrier partners. - Maintain, deliver, and monitor mandatory internal compliance trainings to all new - Monitor that all agency-related training requirements are met and produce monthly reporting on associates out of compliance and enforce ADPIA policies, where applicable. - Manage access to licensing and continuing education platforms. - Manage access and termination to third-party vendors and carrier platforms. - Advise Sales and Service by answering inquiries that focus on compliance issues, primarily around licensing, and appointment, etc. - Interface with Legal to manage appointments, carrier contract amendments, and portal access, etc. - Manage ICHRA Associates’ Attes...
