The University of Miami/UHealth System has two exciting oppotunities for our HR Techogy Department: HR technology Manager and HR Technology Analyst. Manager, HR Technology: The Manager, HR Technology provides operational leadership and oversight for the University’s human resources systems, ensuring stability, security, and optimization of technology platforms. This role executes the HR technology strategy, aligning systems and processes with business objectives while driving enhancements, integrations, and process efficiencies. The Manager partners closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver solutions that improve user experience, data integrity, and decision-making. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required.
