Atlantic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Morristown Medical Center. The shift is 7 pm - 7 am. This is a 36 hour per week position. The Atlantic Health System Neonatal ICU University Program will be completed in conjunction with the AWHONN Neonatal Orientation & Education Program (NOEP). This is a comprehensive education and orientation program for Neonatal Intensive Care Units designed to be highly effective in providing evidence-based, clinical education to neonatal nurses caring for high-risk and vulnerable newborns. For non-NICU experienced RNs with at least one year of nursing experience, this will be a 16-week course that will include 12 weeks of clinical orientation combined with didactic course work and 4 weeks of independent practice. All participants may earn up to 41.25 nursing contact hours.
